With the capacity to offer batch work, one-offs and prototypes, we specialise in working with difficult materials and exotic alloys including A718 (Inconel) & K500 (Monel), Toughmet and Beryllium copper, along with a wide range of high strength Carbon Steels.
We have machining capacity to turn up to 800 mm Ø (32") x 5000 mm (112"). Our machining centres for milling provide a capacity of 2300 mm x 800 mm x 820mm (Height) (92" x 32" x 33").
To ensure each product meets the dimensional tolerances required we have made significant investments in equipping our Inspection department with the most advanced CMM technology.
We also offer a full range of precision finishing and coating processes through our network of Approved Quality suppliers, making us in effect a 'one stop shop' for all component requirements - and making life a whole lot easier for our customers, who can access all their requirements from one trusted source.
